Sowing<\/h4>

Sowing takes place from mid-April to mid-May, with the rice submerged in water. There should be no wind during this phase.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Harvest<\/h4>

The water is removed from the basin and the rice is left to dry in the sun to remove moisture, a few weeks before harvesting. The rice is then harvested using a tracked combine harvester.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Drying<\/h4>

Drying is the process in which the rice is taken to a drying room where it is placed on trays and passed over a very high heat source, capable of removing all the moisture.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Husking<\/h4>

Selection and quality control<\/h4>

Before packaging, we make a careful selection of the product (for a 1 kg pack of rice, we use an average of 2 kg).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Packaging<\/h4>

Packaging takes place mechanically in combination with labelling.
